We do not offer setup or installation services. However, we provide a comprehensive instruction manual and installation video for DIY (Do It Yourself) installation.
Shipping typically involves a 10-day lead time and an additional 6 to 8 weeks for delivery.
We deliver to your specified address, but delivery charges are not included in the listed price. These charges will be added separately to your invoice. The listed price includes GST.
Please prepare a foundation such as footing/piers, a concrete slab, or a trailer. Additionally, plan for plumbing, water, and electrical connections.
Obtaining council approval is the customer’s responsibility. We do not handle this process. Please check with your local government for relevant guidelines. Expandable homes on trailers are generally classified as ‘caravans’ in Australia.
A trailer allows your home to be classified as a vehicle, eliminating the need for a building permit. It also provides the flexibility to move your home easily.
Each unit has connections for plumbing and grey water at the back. We recommend hiring professionals to connect these services.
Additional costs include:
- Installation and setup.
- Plumbing connections to sewer mains, septic, or grey water tanks.
- Air conditioning, if needed.
- Supply and installation of a hot water system (HWS). Gas systems require certification by a licensed plumber/gas fitter.
- Appliances such as cooking equipment.
You will need to purchase a hot water system, water pump, fridge, stove, and washing machine (if needed). We do not supply these appliances.
Yes, for fixed locations, hire a local plumber to connect to the existing mains or septic system. For off-grid setups, you will need a rainwater tank, solar panels, battery storage, and a suitable toilet system like a compostable toilet.
Yes, gas appliances such as hot water systems, heaters, and stoves can be used. All LPG installations must comply with relevant codes and standards. Also refer to AS/NZS 5601.1:2013 – Gas Installations.
The choice between gas and electric hot water systems is entirely up to your preference.
Yes, our homes are insulated with EPS foam thermal-insulated sandwich panels. For very hot climates, we recommend installing air conditioning or using fans.
Yes, you can install a ramp for access, and the double sliding doors facilitate easy entry. Handrails can also be installed as needed.
We conduct a thorough pre-delivery inspection at our affiliated factories to ensure quality, minimizing the risk of any issues upon arrival.
Since the walls have a foam core, use self-adhesive hooks for hanging items. The load capacity depends on the hooks used.
No, there will still be a gap between the two units, so they cannot be seamlessly combined.
The purchase does not include:
- Hot water system.
- Site preparation and piers.
- Stairs for entrances.
- Council or building approvals.
- Crane for unloading.
- Assembly of the house.
- Appliances of any kind.
